Ordained Employees serving an agency under the terms of a Call and Non-ordained Employees of these agencies serving in a supervisory position are covered by the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Retirement Plan. Provision is made for other non-ordained Employees to make contributions to a 403(b) tax deferred annuity through salary reduction.
