The 2010 Meeting of the General Synod is scheduled to convene at Bonclarken on Tuesday evening, June 8 and conclude Thursday evening, June 10. The Pre-Synod Conference will begin Monday, June 7 and continue to Tuesday afternoon, June 8.

Materials for the General Synod meeting will be mailed May 7 to those who pre-register.

A. Registration fees: There is a registration fee for each person attending the meeting of Synod.

Pre-Synod Conference   $11.00 per person (If spouse attends conference - add'l $11)
Synod Delegate/Guest $33.00 per person ($11 per day)

You may register for either or both events online using the link below. Registering online will greatly facilitate the sign-in process when you arrive at Bonclarken. If you do not register online, please send a registration form for each participant along with your payment to the ARP Center.

B. Lodging/Meals:

Reservations for accommodations and purchases of meal tickets must be handled through the Bonclarken office at 828-692-2223. Meal ticket prices for the Bonclarken dining room are:

Pre-Synod Package Ticket   (Mon. dinner - Tues. lunch) $24.25 per person
Synod Package Ticket (Tues. dinner - Thurs. dinner) $57.75 per person
Individual meals: Breakfast $6.75  Lunch $8.25  Dinner $9.25

Tickets must be purchased at least 2 hours prior to the meal. Please let Bonclarken know ahead of time if you have special dietary needs.
